Returns Policy:
Here at Hazey, we’re about making swag accessible for everyone. We want you to feel good in your fit. If something doesn’t work out, here’s how we handle returns:
The Basics
• You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
• For hygiene reasons, hats and beanies are non-returnable and sales are final.
How It Works
1. Email us at hazeyclo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send you the return address and next steps.
3. Once your item comes back and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund or store credit within 5–7 business days.
Notes
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
• Please use tracked shipping — we can’t be held responsible for lost return parcels.
• Exchanges depend on stock availability.
